Paying for my services means you agree to the following:
A non refundable deposit must be paid a week before the shoot. The rest of the total must be paid at the end of the photoshoot.
No kids allowed at studio photoshoots, unless the child is the subject of the photoshoot.
If the model is under 18, they must bring a parent or guardian along.
Photoshoots start promptly on time. Additional time is not always available. Please plan accordingly.
Clients can cancel up to 72 hours prior to shoot for reschedule.
The photographer retains copyrights to the photos, and hereby grant the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use and reproduce the photographs for which the client pays.
